About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a motivated Regional Sales Manager – Retail  (VIC, TAS & SA) to join our team in Melbourne.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your role will involve managing and leading a sales team towards the achievement of the budgeted sales results and gross margins within this area. Critical to this role will be the implementation of sales and marketing strategies throughout your region, alongside the development and retention of strategic business partnerships. Through a combination of mentoring, coaching and positive reinforcement, you will take an active role in developing and building the capability of your sales team.

About You

Whilst experience and knowledge of the trade and DIY market will be well regarded, more critical will be your comprehensible sales success, professional business acumen and commercial industry knowledge. Your successful background will provide examples of utilising your excellent business planning abilities. In addition, your approach, drive and exceptional interpersonal skills will leverage business opportunities and contribute directly to the bottom line.
