About The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Brisbane. 

Reporting to the Customer Service Coordinator, this desk-based role will focus on both handling customer enquiries and troubleshooting issues, either by phone or email, with a focus on achieving ‘first call’ resolutions. You will work within a team environment and your individual contributions will support the achievement of the team’s KPIs. Within this busy team environment, no two days will be the same! This is a great opportunity for those wanting to ‘open the door’ to a career with ASSA ABLOY.

 

About You  

Ideally with a background in customer service, the successful applicant will enter the role with a positive and helpful “can do” attitude, along with excellent problem solving, customer service, time management and communication skills. You will have an intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office applications and will be comfortable with providing accurate data entry. While not essential, knowledge of CRM systems, or Microsoft AX, would be highly desirable.
