About The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team based in Sydney.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager – EAC (Electronic Access Control), this role will focus on the achievement of the sales budget for our electromechanical and electronic product range, requiring both the identification of new business opportunities and the growth of market share and sales margins, within the NSW Access Control and Security Market. Account management of major distributors and regular representation of our products to a variety of stakeholders, will also be a key focus of this role. As required, there is also an opportunity to provide customers and end users with product, technical and training support.
Ideally with a background within the security distribution, system integrations or panel manufacturing industry, the successful applicant will enter the role with an advanced understanding of Electronic Access Control and it’s technical requirements. As a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, you will enjoy operating with a fast pace and leveraging your strong problem solving and time management skills to overcome challenges. Comfort around working both autonomously and within a team environment, and an ability to build relationships across a mulit-layered organisation, will ensure your suitability for the role. Most important of all – you will will demonstrate a sense of humour as you tackle the day to day challenges.
